Why is my game laggy? Other games perform better.

I know this is a ROBLOX developing site asking for tips about scripts, parts, and other functionality, not a requesting site. I am not requesting for you to exactly fix my game or make something for me, so I am allowed to ask this. Why is my simple game laggier than most other games? Arsenal is a game that has many scripts, GUIs, and players. My game does not have many players all at one server, and I do not have many scripts that cause lag, and I do not understand what makes my game laggy. I wonder if non player characters are the cause, or many things are not anchored around the game. Whatever the cause, I would like to identify it and give me some tips on how to reduce lag. Pleas do not tell me to lower my graphics or update my software/hardware as this is not the cause. Other games are not laggy in most cases however in my game if you spend five minutes the frame rate drops drastically. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Its not just the script, but there is a thing in Developer Console which is Memory so I think that causes the lag, or you might built many things on your places. Or it’s just your computer because you have a bad computer or your memory is almost full so it is very slow in your game. Or the server in your game is running slow, one thing may be there is an script that causes lag. I am not sure but this is my opinions on what causes the lag in your game is experiencing right now. So here are the tips to reduce lag:

1. If you are experiencing lag not in just in your Roblox too, just remove unimportant files to your computer. It just causes extreme lag and slows down your computer.
2. Try reducing the things in your game.
