So what I mean by this is I'm trying to make a gui come onscreen as soon as it hits a certain time of day or someone interacts with you. Is there a way to do this easily or is it complicated, and if it's easy, what do I put?
How would I make a GUI tween onto screen at a certain time of day ingame?

What you'd want to do is correlate the time required with the lighting.TimeOfDay.
You'd essentially have to call a value from TimeOfDay
Then you'd have to have a loop that repeats until the called value equals your selected time. Then once the time has matched, you'd fire a remote event to fire all clients.
Otherwise you could make your own time script, which while may be a bit difficult to get your head around, may be a bit more smoother.

As I don't know anything about lua and I'd like to make this smooth, what would be an example script?
Okay my bad, a more fluent way of doing this would be following this here guide; https://developer.roblox.com/articles/Day-Night-Cycles-and-Street-Lights

A changed event should suffice, then have a condition and call some tween functions.
