I had a click detector in a part and tried to make it position the camera into another place, but I realized that moving the camera can only be done in a local script, while doing the click detector stuff has to be done in a server script. So I came up with this solution: local PartR = game.Workspace.PartR

PartR.ClickDetector.MouseClick:connect (function() game.Workspace.Script1.LocalScript.Disabled = true game.Workspace.CameraScript.Disabled = false

end)

This didn't work. The only thing I could think of that was wrong was that the function doesn't have a ), but end does. Is there anything I'm missing?

arent u supposed to turn on the camera script instead of disabling it

Gameplayer I enabled the CameraScript by setting 'disabled' to false

Try using a RemoteEvent from the script to the localscript to change the camera.coordinateframe

This is kinda complex but you can make an remote event and fire all clients to an local script put in the startergui make that script in there and if needed fire another remote event back to the server script. Its how I do things when I use click Detectors.

I don't know how to use RemoteEvents so I tried: local PartR = game.Workspace.PartR PartR.ClickDetector.MouseClick:connect (function() game.Workspace.Script1.LocalScript:Destroy() game.Workspace.Script1:Destroy() wait(0.01) game.ServerStorage.Script2:Clone().Parent = workspace end) but that didn't work so I'll study more on RemoteEvents
