SOLUTION:

I recently found out how. You need to create a localscript that gives every character in the server the animation. It's a bit complicated to do but it's still possible.

I've made a simple (local)script that loads an animation to a humanoid:

local anim = Instance.new("Animation")
anim.AnimationId = "rbxassetid://ANIMATIONIDHERE"
anim.Parent = script.Parent
animTrack = script.Parent.Humanoid:LoadAnimation(anim)
animTrack.Priority = Enum.AnimationPriority.Action
wait(1)
animTrack:Play()

I want to make it play globally so i ported it to a server-side script so it would work:

game.Players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(plr)
    plr.CharacterAdded:Connect(function(char)
	    print(char)
	    while char.Parent == nil do
		    wait()
	    end
	    local anim = Instance.new("Animation")
	    anim.AnimationId = "rbxassetid://ANIMATIONIDHERE"
	    anim.Parent = plr
	    local animTrack = char.Humanoid:LoadAnimation(anim)
	    animTrack.Priority = Enum.AnimationPriority.Action
	    animTrack:Play()
    end)
end)

But the animation doesn't play because of some priority issues. Is there another way to solve it? Has anyone had the same issue?

I was having this exact same issue. No idea what to do sadly.
