I heard math.randomseed sets the sequence so that math.random can start with

that mens math.random shouldve printed 5 but it keeps printing something else like function: 0x600002be5c80

can anyone tell me the proper way to use this?

Math.random is a function. This mean you're supposed to use math.random() --With those parenthesis at the end. Otherwise, your script is trying to access the memory value of the function.
