I am currently making an rpg, but i ran into a problem. The problem is finding which player armor is to be called when hit. The way the armor system works is (mobdps - armor = total mobdps). But i can't figure out how to have it check for the player that is hit and that players armor value.
COMMUNITY QUESTION
How do i detect which armor value needs to be called?

Figured it out, all you have to do is put the values in starter pack. after that have the ontouch navigate to the value.

Is the armor going to add HP or decrease enemy damage?
why is that question nessecary?
You would have some NumberValues object inside the character being set there each time he joins that indicate the value for everything, health, armor, attack, stamina and whatever you want, and you would use those in your scripts for all caculations
It decreases enemy damage to that player. Star, can you explain how the mob could tell which character its pulling them values from if i set it up that way? Thanks.
