I want to ask where to find resources about making a trading system?

i have a small knowledge about scripting and i just knew some basic things and some API and i just want to ask about what is needed to make a trading system. I know requesting a literal whole script is restricted in asking in here so i just want to ask about some resource and some API that i can use to build my own trading system because i want to challenge my self to make a project that if i combine those resource and think properly maybe i can make my own so that's all i just want some info thanks for reading my question and i would really appreciate it if some of you can give me info thanks
