So i want to have a RemoteEvent fired from a Localscript in StarterGUI be recieved by another LocalScript in Workspace, but the LocalScript wont recieve the Remote. How can i get the message to the LocalScript in Workspace? (I need the localscript for RenderStepped)

It's because LocalScripts won't run in the Workspace.
Why are you using RenderStepped and a remote event? Something is clearly wrong here. There is no way you are needing to fire a remote to the server every render frame...........................
remote events and functions can only be triggered if they are opposites like server to client or client to server not client to client as you have to use bind function for same type scripts
