Im try to build a map using the terrain fill feature but i cant generate or making it on an angle like a hill, i tried rotating but it only rotates in 45 degree angles which isnt what i want i want it on more of slope, how do i do this?

Use the add feature in terrain with snap to grid off
Snap to grid makes it on to sharp of an angle
