Roblox Errors when trying to call a function in a LocalScript...?

[Context] I have been working for 2 days and haven't been able to find out how to make a car in Roblox come to a stop.

[Story] So, I have been working for 2 days trying to find out how to make a AEB (Auto Emergency Braking) and have the base down. Now, I just need to stop the vehicle. Below is what my problem is and the script I need help with.
