How do you use Roblox Animation Editor Plugin with Motor6D?

So I want to basically animate a basketball so that you can do behind the back animation and stuff. My friend told me he uses Motor6D and animates it but I have no idea how. If you have any sources i can refer to or if you can help me that would be very much appreciated
