UIAspectRatioConstraint doesnt resize frame on small screens?

I made a local script inside screengui heres the code

local gui=Instance.new("ScreenGui")
gui.Parent=game.StarterGui
gui.Name="Box"
local frame=Instance.new("Frame")
frame.Parent=gui
frame.Position=UDim2.new(0.5, 0, 1, 0)
frame.Size=UDim2.new(1, 0, 1, 0)
frame.AnchorPoint =Vector2.new(0.5, 0.5)
local UIAspectRatio=Instance.new("UIAspectRatioConstraint")
UIAspectRatio.Parent=frame

this frame doesnt change in size it doesnt matter if i use ipad(small screen) or pc(big screen) ,its absolute size doesn't change why this happens?why UIAspectRatio doesn't resize it on small screens?
