Roblox Studio Properties window wont scale down?

I have this issue where i was trying to scale the properties window and it glitched into this state: https://gyazo.com/05ac50f132022388469b63d1186a9693 When i try to scale it to the right(make it smaller) it acts like it will scale, but then it wont. https://gyazo.com/06c5b5cb0c6ca7894b1701bd8776de09

While im aware this is a site for roblox scripting help, could someone try to help me, because this is a royal pain In addition i cannot post on the dev forum and i dont know where else to ask.

Thanks for any help.
