Touch for extra health script not working?

So I got this free model script which would damage you, but I changed it, instead, It gives you health were if you touch a hat it gives you extra health. For example: You have 100 health, you touch it, you get 130 health now. But it doesn't work, I am not really experienced with scripting so all I did was just change the - to +.
