I was wondering how does mining simulator have so many blocks, and they don't lag? Like in studio, that would be so laggy. How do games like mining simulator work on their game without it lagging?

They generate the blocks while mining. When you mine a block, the server creates new blocks to fill the space behind the mined block. This gives an appearance of an infinite number of blocks with relatively so little parts.

What script do they use?

i would try having a table of blocks, alongside a table to show which ones are loaded, then if an existing block is destroyed, check every block next to it and load them in if not already present

^That makes the number of blocks finite. Just make it so that if a block is destroyed, it checks adjacent space. If it's empty, fill it. Make sure that you are not filling space that was previously held by a destroyed block,
