Hi, just messing about with EgoMoose' script. I've noticed it will only allow you to place the models on one canvas, even if you have multiple at different heights.
Here are the local vars defining what part to place the model on.
local canvas = game.Workspace:WaitForChild("ExampleCanvas")
local placementClass = require(game:GetService("ReplicatedStorage"):WaitForChild("Placement"))
local placement = placementClass.fromSerialization(canvas, remotes.DSPlacement:InvokeServer(false, false))
And here is the client side function that sends off the the details to the module.
game:GetService("RunService").RenderStepped:Connect(function(dt)
if model ~= nil then
local cf = placement:CalcPlacementCFrame(model, mouse.Hit.p, rotation)
model:SetPrimaryPartCFrame(cf)
end
end)
Is there any way manipulate the canvas var to specify any one of the "ExampleCanvas" parts in Workspace, instead of just the one?
Thanks.
