I was wondering if there was a Local Lighting. I'm doing a game and I'd really need to know if there's a Local Lightning and how to use it. Even a Roblox Forum Post on this would be helpful.

With the use of FilteringEnabled (found as a Property of the Workspace), if you get the Lighting using a LocalScript, the changes will only occur on that specific client.
The following also categorizes each variable you can change in the lighting https://developer.roblox.com/api-reference/class/Lighting
Local Script
local light = game:GetService("Lighting")
-- Lighting Color
light.Ambient = Color3.fromRGB(0, 0, 0)
light.OutdoorAmbient = Color3.fromRGB(125, 125, 125)
light.ColorShift_Bottom = Color3.fromRGB(0, 0, 0)
light.ColorShift_Top = Color3.fromRGB(0, 0, 0)
-- Fog
light.FogColor = Color3.fromRGB(200, 200, 200)
light.FogEnd = 100000
light.FogStart = 0
-- Shadows
light.GlobalShadows = true
-- Dark / Light Tint
light.Brightness = 2
light.ExposureCompensation = 0
-- Time / Place
light:SetMinutesAfterMidnight(12*60)
light.GeographicLatitude = 0

its called modifying the lighting from a local script

You can just modify the lighting using a LocalScript, that way it only modifies the lighting for a certain client.
