Is there a way to change the difficulty percentage of a badge using a script?

Just to be clear, this isn't a request.

I thought of this last night because it'll be kinda cool if i can rickroll players to think that the badge is hidden in some sort of cryptic way but in fact you can get it easily.

I looked through the wiki and searched on google and youtube but no results.
