Is it possible with the httpService to send emails to a specific email address?
For example, the content of a textbox to a predetermined e-mail address

I have no idea why would you ever need to do this, but the only way to do that with HttpService is to make your own website, create an api endpoint able to send emails (PHP mail() function or some email service like gmail, + SMTP) and then use HttpService to make a request to the endpoint.

You could honestly use this to make an email client within roblox, as long as you're ok with roblox censoring random words.

No the http service only handles http style requests. You cannot create an open socket to send a receive data as you would need to follow the SMTP protocol https://www.afternerd.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/SMTP-sequence-diagram.png. You would have to have a third party handle the email sending.
