Roblox Error: While learing lua, i keep coming across an error? Roblox does not print my message!

Hello everyone, i am turbo. I am trying to become a roblox developer! However, whenever i try to use print(), the code does not run. It only shows me errors in the output box. Please help me!

First, i told the system that i wanted the variable BTN to stand for printing the message "Hello World"

var BTN = print("Hello World")

Then i told the system to print BTN, like this

BTN()

When i ran the code, nothing happened and i got this red text in the output box. Please help.

NOTE: I know this is a noob question, that is because i am a noob at programming. But, please. I am really trying to understand this language and i wish people would help me and not talk trash about how i am a noob.
