Webhooks are basically just a simple http server that listens for POSTs with information. ALSO: If you are talking about discord webhooks, it is banned. Discord banned webhooks coming from roblox.
Player's don't just get kicked for no reason, take your script that is kicking the player and have it use a webhook to alert whatever that they were kicked
