What is this corrupted/garbled Script that's popping up in my project? [closed]

About a week ago I found a corrupted/garbled script that was pretty much 100% obfuscated and took advantage of a lot of worrying services. I tried decrypting it but got stuck half way.

Anyways today I found the entire script pasted into a Connect() method in a completely different script and I have no idea what's going on because scripts can't edit scripts. Any ideas?
