How do I efficiently round numbers to the closest, for example, 5?

I'm making a grid snap placement system, but instead of having items snap to a 1 stud grid, I would like it to snap to 5 studs, so if the stud placement was X = 32, Z = 67, then I would like it to snap to X = 30, Z = 70.

What's the best way to do this?
