Im trying to use my friends animation for team create, but its my game. If someone actually plays the game, the animation won't work. Is there a way for this not to happen?

What you can try to do is create a group (or have your friend create one) and publish the game as the group's game. Then you can re upload all the animations by exporting them to Group Animations and everyone in your team create can see the animations as long as they're in the group.

U simply cant.
You can't. Animations not related to those made by Roblox can't be used outside of where they were created.
