How i can give the same avatar look on my teams?

I'm trying to create a Capture the flag game. ( this is the first time i have ever created a game in roblox studio and i'm not skilled Lua scripter ) I want to give to my teams the same avatar look but i don't know how. Example: all in the red team to have same avatar look (Hat, Shirt and Pants), same for the blue team but to be in some different clothes.

Do some research yourself, this answer is easy to find yourself. and if you have no knowledge with rbxlua, learn before making a game, trust me doing it with no experience is hard.

for 1, i would go to StarterPlayer and turn LoadCharacterAppearance to false, so that everyone is a blocky mr grey, or a canvas we can add our own avatar to. then we could make a folder in ServerStorage called "TeamAppearance", in the folder we can put the Accessories, Shirts, BodyColors, and whatever we want, then this function to assign the clothing, every folder in TeamApperance should be named exactly accordingly to their respective teams

function TeamClothes()
	for _,v in pairs(game.Players:GetPlayers()) do -- for every player
		for k,i in pairs(game.ServerStorage.TeamApperance:GetChildren()) do
			if v.Team.Name == i.Name then
				for l,a in pairs(i:GetChildren()) do
					local item = a:Clone()
					item.Parent = i.Character
				end
			end
		end
	end
end
