How do I make a more accurate aiming system for an elemental game?

I've been trying to find a better way to make an aim system.

mouse.lookVector*100

works but it really isn't that accurate. It goes off to the side alway(Unless you're in shift lock mode.) Please do help me.

That would be because mouse doesn't have a LookVector. Do you want the unit vector from the character to where the mouse hit? SummerEquinox 598 — 5d
