I have been using ServerScript for animations since I've learned how to use animations. But I must use LocalScript for them this time because I'm making a player movement system. Do the animations loaded and played on LocalScript replicate to the server?

Yes, you can play them client side, and in fact, you should be playing client side. The client has network ownership of their humanoid (I'm pretty sure it is the character in general, but I am not too positive on this one) so they can play animations locally. Player movement is even handled locally, and animations are done from the Animate script, which is a localscript.
Review this info on Roblox Wiki.
Hope it helps!

Did you post this an answer just for that little "Hope it helps!"? This should have been a comment.
