ok, so i want to start dabaling in particle creation (im new to everything in RS) and i want to make my OWN particles. the problem is, i don't know what program to use to create them. i tried paint 3D and Sketch but when i load the particles nothing works. help would be might appreciated.

Simply make a picture of one of those Particles in paint.net and then upload it to ROBLOX and make it a decal, then insert it into the Particle Emitter in RS
