So I am trying to make a script that changes the players team to the opposite one. In the script I want the player to keep changing to the other team but can not figure out how to do this correctly. For example if the player is on the red team then they get moved to the blue team when they are on the blue team they go to the red team.

There's two ways of doing this, you can either change by team colour, or change by team name.
Assuming you know how to get the Player:
Player.TeamColor = BrickColor.new("_____")
and
Player.Team = ______
