I have a script in the Workspace with the contents of this and when i walk it gives me the error

The Animation will not Load because you don't Own it, if thants not the case then you have terrible WiFi connection
also say ID, not id

The Fuzi it is not and Feahren That is the Case i was using the wrong ID

The asset isn't an animation. It is a model/script. If you want to make your own animation , go to plugins > Rig Builder > R15 > Block Rig then go to plugins > Animation Editor then click the dummy that you just spawned (his body) then click OK and start animating.

Dude , just type https://www.roblox.com/library/451170926/Animation-Loop-Script in your browser. This is what you're trying to load. It's not an animation. It's a model.
