Datastores storing a Table?

If this stored table contains only numbers and/or bools, will it never exceed the 2^16 characters?

I read that numbers and bools never exceed this amount when stored in a value, but I was wondering if a value containing a table containing just numbers and/or bools can.

Or rather, can you get all values in a datastore into a list, without having to get the Async for each individual key?

You'd have to make the stored table values INTO string values or number values then you can load it with loadstring? I'm guessing that's what you could do.
