This script has no errors in the code and it wont do anything?

i have this script that is in workspace and its a normal script there is nothing wrong with it but it just doesn't do anything

players= game.Players:GetChildren()
for i = 1, #players do
	script.GameOverScreen:Clone().Parent = players[i].PlayerGui
end

for i,v in pairs(game.Players:GetChildren()) do
       local GUI = game.ReplicatedStorage:WaitForChild("ADD_SCREENGUI_NAME")
       if GUI then
            GUI:Clone().Parent = v.PlayerGui
      end
end
