Why does my head only move when I play a animation inside of a tool?

Hello, I have made a animation (part of a tool) where it makes the right arm move into a position where it looks like you are eating something and it also moves the head down a slight bit. When I play the animation in game, it doesn't move my right arm, but only my head. Here's the script if you need it, I have no idea why this wont work. Please help!

local tool = script.Parent
local event = game.ReplicatedStorage.TacoEvent
local debounce = false

tool.Activated:Connect(function()
if not debounce then
debounce = true
event:FireServer()
tool.Sound:Play()
wait(1)
debounce = false
end
end)

tool = script.Parent
local sword = true
tool.Activated:Connect(function()
	if sword == false then return end
	sword = false
	local char = tool.Parent
	local hum = char.Humanoid

	local anim = hum:LoadAnimation(script.Parent.Animation)
	anim:Play()
	wait(1)
	sword = true
end)

Your animation may be being override by higher priority animations since the head is only involved in the idle animation and the arms are involved in movement and idle. I believe the default Roblox Animation editor sets the priority to the lowest by default. You should set your animation priority to action for it to be the highest priority over Core, Movement, and Idle.
