Okay so basically i'm spinning this block and using remote events to calculate when it starts spinning and stops and how long it takes and resetting time but it can't find the player_requirements folder I made.

p = game.Players.LocalPlayer
mouse = p:GetMouse()

mouse.KeyDown:Connect(function(key)
	if key == "e" then
		if p("Player_Requirements")("Is_Spinning").Value == false then
			game.ReplicatedStorage.RemoteEvents.StartSpinning:FireServer()
			repeat
				wait(0.1)
				game.Workspace.Part.CFrame = game.Workspace.Part.CFrame * CFrame.fromOrientation(0.1,0,0)
				game.ReplicatedStorage.RemoteEvents.AddTime:FireServer()
			until p("Player_Requirements")("Spinning_Time").Value == 15
			print("Spin Finished!")
			game.ReplicatedStorage.RemoteEvents.ResetTime:FireServer()
			game.ReplicatedStorage.RemoteEvents.StopSpinning:FireServer()
		else if p("Player_Requirements")("Is_Spinning").Value == true then
				print("Error! Already Spinning!")
			end
		end
	end
end)

Where is the script that makes the folder and all that?

The script that makes the folder is made in ServerScriptService the remote events are already in replicated storage without a script

You're not indexing what ever "Player_Requirements" is. To properly index it you use brackets. Those lines should be p["Player_Requirements"]["IsSpinning"].Value
