I have GUI that when I click a players name in a TextButton a Frame will appear with tools in their backpack. Any ideas?

once you click the button use a remote event to fire the server and retrieve the tools from there. once you fire the server and get said information, you'll have to fire the client again. you could just as easily use a remote function instead, but its very bad practice to invoke the server
