Quick explanation.. I covered this answer in multiple different questions over 20 times.. This is a problem many people ask, the answer is:
Change all the sizes of your GUI's to
UDim2.new(x,0,y,0)
-- instead of
UDim2.new(0,x,0,y)
By doing UDim2.new(0,x,0,y) your GUI's scale to what you see but on different platforms it is still showing what you saw when you were building the gui and scaling it..
When you do UDim2.new(x,0,y,0) then, your GUI's automatically scale to your devices size. this also works for positions
All these sizing and positions must be UDim2.new(x,0,y,0) otherwise the scalings will be for what you see and will severely glitch...
Another way of fixing this is by inserting an instance called UIAspectRatioConstraint in the frame, by doing so it fixes all the UI's position.

Put an UIAspectRatioConstraint in the main frame.
