I don't think so, unless you don't want an Event to occur by clicking it, then add a Boolean Value and make a LocalScript toggling it for when you desire it function

Does it need to be a text button? Try using a TextLabel if not.
i think if you disable Active, it stops mouse events
maybe make another frame with the exact same properties and and just it not visible until u want the button to not be visible
