What does these 2 numbers returned by wait mean/are?

If I were to do print(wait()), I would get 2 different number. What do they mean, and what are they?

I was going to make some sarcastic comment about reading the manual, but it appears that Roblox have seriously degraded their documentation and no longer explain what the numbers are for.

If I remember correctly, the first number is the amount of seconds that was actually waited (delta time), and the second number is the amount of seconds which have passed since the start globally.
