Helicopter doesnt work in Servers ?

I made a helicopter and it worked perfectly fine in Play test mode but on any server it just simply doesnt do a single thing.

I used a vehicle seat that gives the player a folder of localscripts used to control the heli, i figure this is the problem and it isnt allowing the localscripts to replicate to the rest of the server, not sure how to fix it
