I would like to create a Script that zooms the camera in and out with keys (for example "J" would zoom the camera out 15 studs and "U" would zoom the camera in 15 studs)
I can't find any process for this. Is it even possible?

Just use I and O
I'd like to access them from console too, using the Up and Down d-pad keys.
