Professional Car Spawner GUI?

Ok so I am a game dev, my game is somewhat popular, around 500 visits. So I need a car spawner GUI, not a button, an actual GUI. So my idea was a button with a car on it on the left side of the screen, with a remove button with a hammer underneath the spawning menu button. So when you click on the car button, it will open up a menu with a bunch of different cars, like a whole selection. And then I also need the cars to be able to be spawned anywhere, not just near spawn or at one spot. And the remove button with the hammer will remove your car so you can spawn in a different car. I want it to be kind of like Pacifico or Kona's spawner (those are other games I was inspired by), but there is one issue. I don't know how to script, but I do have some decent scripters that could probably figure out something if they could get some code.
