So I have this custom tool I made and when I equip it I always get my position moved to the same position why is this happening and any fix?

Unanchor your tool bricks and weld them to handle
Also >> don't worry about your tool falling or acting strange unanchored. It will work fine since it attaches to the character's hand (iirc).
I did weld and unanchored all the parts but it doesn't work
Try and check if it has any Joints connected to a part, this happened to me before.
