I made an animation to make my right arm move but when I play the animation it freezes all the other body parts that I have not animated. The animation looks fine but all the other body parts like my legs stay still and they don't move until the animation is over. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please tell me. Thanks for the help.

What you can do to resolve this problem is to remove all motor6d's in the dummy's torso, or other parts if animating in r15, except the one attached to the part of the character you're animating, in your case: the Right Shoulder
Recreate your anim on that dummy, publish, then test it. This should work
