May I get a step by step tutorial(like Local or normal script, where I place it, etc) on how to make a gamepass only teleporter gui? I've searched Youtube but couldn't find any results, and I'm using it for a game. Please be clear. :D thank you!

Make a button in the GUI, use a local script, have the server check if they own the pass and move the character to the desired location. Reading a couple of articles on the wiki (robloxdev.com / wiki.roblox.com) will provide you with information on how to make all of these things.
