How Do I make moving Cars That no one is Driving?

You can use a VehicleSeat, then Steer and Throttle. For example, If you want to turn left, set steer = -1. if you want to turn right, set steer = 1. If you want to reverse, set throttle = -1. If you want to go forward, use throttle = 1.
