How do i make a loop that resets the part every 5 seconds?

I tried to make a looping script that resets the position, orientation, rotvelocity and velocity. there is some info about so: part name = wheel | location = 40, 11, -31 | orientation =0, 90, 0 | rotvelocity = 0, 0, 0 | velocity = 0, 0, 0 |
