I'm trying to make an ESP script for my game that shows other player's locations using a particle.
Is there a way to make Particles always on top?

Apologies for a response to a 7-month old post, but in case you're still looking for an answer:
Yes, it is technically possible to an extent. If you are attaching an emitter to a body part of the player, then if you set the "ZOffset" to a high enough value, the particles created by the emitter will show above the player's character.
However, this is limited and will only work SPECIFICALLY if you're looking for the particles to do this exact purpose. If you place any parts around the player's character at certain distances corresponding to your ZOffset value, the particles will not show above the parts. In addition to this, you can't set the ZOffset value too high, otherwise it won't be visible at close distances.

We don't condone scripts used for exploiting purposes
its not for exploting
@SinisterMemories , not exploiting if it's for his game. Sounds like he needs this as a mechanic.
Try using BillboardGuis. I don't think ParticleEmitters can go on top of parts in between. Don't work much with emitters though.
I'll try that. Thanks.
