how would I use equiptool to have a certain player equip a tool with backpack disabled? here is part of my script
randomPlayer.character.Humanoid:EquipTool(game.ServerStorage.Katana)
and it equips the tool but none of the scripts work, like, i cant swing the sword or anything but its equipped. any help?
edit: i just tested this outside of studio and it doesnt work at all, the script works and everything but it doesnt equip the tool (there are more things than the equiptool line) PLEASE help

are you sure the scripts aren't disabled?
i'm sure, the scripts are working when its not being equipped by EquipTool
ok, now outside of studio it isnt working at all.
try setting the parent of the tool to the character
why, what is that going to accomplish? and Trixites, make sure to make your scripts and local scripts compatable w/ FE
how can i check if the script is compatible with FE or not?
