Sorry about deleting my previous post, I was trying to delete my Reply (I wasn't aware you couldn't reply with the full script, I'm new to this site) Anywho, When I throw my projectile it goes to the Center of the Baseplate even if said baseplate is removed. Here's the script "LocalGUI"

"local Tool = script.Parent;

local stillEquipped = true function onEquippedLocal(mouse) stillEquipped = true if mouse == nil then print("Mouse not found") return end

while stillEquipped do
	print("Setting Mouse to Go")
	mouse.Icon = "rbxasset://textures\\GunCursor.png"

	while Tool.Enabled and stillEquipped do
		wait(.01)
	end

	print("Setting Mouse To Wait")
	mouse.Icon = "rbxasset://textures\\GunWaitCursor.png"

	while not Tool.Enabled and stillEquipped do
		wait(.01)
	end
end

end

function onUnequippedLocal() stillEquipped = false end

Tool.Equipped:connect(onEquippedLocal) Tool.Unequipped:connect(onUnequippedLocal) "

Seems the script messed up when I posted it. Hopefully that's usable.

connect is deprecated, use Connect. You also should not be using global variables but local variables. You are using global functions, use local functions.

I'm sorry, I'm still not really good at actual scripting yet (I know some basics and I've sometimes made Hybrid scripts, but I'm better at just building) how do I do any of that?

When you're using :connect, use :Connect instead, and for the local functions, put a 'local' before the 'function' to make it a local fnuction.

Sadly it didn't seem to change anything. It still throws to the center.
