Can you make a GUI shop that lets you buy trails for your character and be able to keep them?

I know how to make a shop for health boosts, speed boosts, one time use gears as well.

But i'm really having a hard time finding out how to make a gui shop that lets you buy trails for "Cash" from the leaderboard.

I'd want them to be able to turn on and off and able to keep in inventory when they leave and come back.

Just having a tough time figuring things out. Thanks if you have any advice.
